Moving Away from Tuxfamily

The VST Preset Generator website is hosted by TuxFamily since 2016, previously at SourceForge, but the hosting services are slowly closing down due to limited time of the voluntary maintainers. During the last year, several incidents broke the website like DNS issues or download area not working. I expect that other services will also be shutted down shortly.

So, I'm forced to move the website to a new hosting platform, one service at a time. The SVN code have been moved to a Git Repository, and the download area is working again using a temporary personal hosting.

To give credit where credit is due, thanks Tuxfamily for this commitment to provide free hosting for open source projects for so long! I will never forget your catchy tagline "Free hosting for free people".
